Three Fitness YouTube Channels for Busy Travelers to Stay in Shape!
So, we all know that it is easy to make excuses not to work out. I’ve been there and done that. Mornings I’m just feeling too lazy, stressed, or I’m convinced I don’t have the time. Personally, I’ve always enjoyed working out but I never made it a priority. Well, this New Years I decided to change that and make exercise part of my daily routine. After three months of constantly going to the gym —regardless of snow storms or a lack of sleep— it’s become a habit and I no longer struggle to get my butt out the door. I love the endorphin boost that starts my day!
When busy traveling obviously it is even harder to go to the gym and work out, but it is definitely possible even from your hotel room! So here are three fantastic YouTube channels to check out for the next time you’re on the go and can’t make it to the gym. 15 minutes a day really does make a huge difference!
Most of these videos/channels don’t use any equipment. Many do use a mat but I never pack my yoga mat, I use an extra towel on the floor, works perfectly!
1. Boho Beautiful: This is a wonderful channel filled with more than fitness videos it also includes travel vlogs, guided meditations, and vegan meals. There are yoga and pilate videos from beginner to advance levels. The workouts last anywhere from the “5 minute miracle” workout to 30 minute workout sessions. (This is my go to channel for workouts on the go)
2. Fitness Blender: This channel is 100% health and fitness. Although, some videos include equipment/weights, you can find many plenty that are great for busy globetrotters.
3. Valeria Lipovetsky: So this may seem like a strange channel to include, seeing as it has lots of fashion and beauty content, but this holistic nutritionist/fashion model/mom has made two videos that are great for super busy women always on the go!
Video A – This is a great easy 15 minute FULL body workout! All you need is a towel!
Video B – This video shows that you can workout whenever! Little exercises you can squeeze in throughout the day if you truly don’t have time for a real workout session!
